ShadowFox operates as an independent private entity and is not affiliated with any university or government body unless explicitly stated.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Participants must:
Provide accurate personal information.
Be at least 16 years of age (or have guardian consent).
Meet program-specific eligibility requirements.
2.2 ShadowFox reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration if information provided is inaccurate or misleading.
3. PROGRAM STRUCTURE & LEVELS (INTERNSHIPS)
3.1 ShadowFox may offer multiple levels within internship programs.
3.2 Completion criteria for each level will be communicated clearly through official channels.
3.3 Progression to the next level is subject to successful completion of required tasks and evaluations.
ShadowFox reserves the right to revise level structures at its discretion.
4. CERTIFICATION EXAMS
4.1 Certification exams are digital assessment services governed additionally by the separate Exam & Certification Policy.
4.2 By registering for any exam, you agree to:
Follow proctoring rules.
Maintain academic integrity.
Accept evaluation decisions as final.
4.3 Certifications:
Validate knowledge only.
Do not guarantee job placement.
May be revoked in case of misconduct or fraud.
5. VIRTUAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM - STRUCTURE & DOCUMENTATION POLICY
ShadowFox offers certain Virtual Internship Programs free of cost to provide participants with real-time project exposure and practical learning opportunities.
1. Free Participation:
1.1 The Virtual Internship Program is free to join as we intend to provide an opportunity to everyone regardless of your background. No program fee is charged for participation.
1.2 To be eligible for internship certification, participants must complete all required tasks, submissions, and evaluation criteria as communicated in the meetings.
Failure to complete required tasks will result in ineligibility for certification.
2. Swag & Delivery Policy
2.1 Swags and goodies are voluntarily provided by ShadowFox at no cost.
2.2 However, a delivery and documentation fee will be applicable for shipping and administrative processing, as third-party courier services are used.
2.3 Payment of the delivery and documentation fee is optional and applicable only if the participant chooses to receive physical swags.
2.4 ShadowFox is not liable for courier delays, mishandling, or transit issues beyond its control.
3. Optional Documentation & Verification Support
3.1 ShadowFox may, upon request, provide additional documentation support for:
University submissions
Background verification processes
Employer verification requests
Official confirmation letters
3.2 Such additional documentation services involve administrative effort, official verification, authorized signatory validation, and company seal processing.
3.3 A documentation fee may apply for such services. Fees may vary depending on:
Number of pages
Type of documentation requested
Verification complexity
3.4 This documentation service is completely optional and not included as part of the free virtual internship program.
4. No Automatic Future Validation Guarantee
While ShadowFox conducts the internship free of cost to provide real-time project exposure:
Participants cannot expect automatic future validation or unlimited verification services.
Validation requests involving SPOC coordination, official signatures, or company seal issuance require administrative processing and may be subject to documentation fees.

5. Transparency Clause
The free nature of the internship program does not create any employment relationship, contractual obligation, or long-term verification liability on ShadowFox beyond the scope of services explicitly stated.
6. CODE OF CONDUCT
All participants must maintain professional behavior.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Harassment or discrimination
Impersonation
Fraudulent submissions
Plagiarism
Sharing confidential or exam content
Attempting to bypass proctoring systems
Violation may result in:
Immediate termination
Certificate revocation
Permanent ban
Legal action where applicable
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 All course materials, exams, branding, designs, and content belong to ZAPPIER SHADOWFOX TECHNOLOGIES LLP.
6.2 Participants may not:
Copy
Distribute
Resell
Record
Share materials publicly
6.3 Work submitted during internship programs may be used by ShadowFox for:
Educational purposes
Promotional activities
Portfolio demonstrations
Participants grant ShadowFox a non-exclusive right to use submitted work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
Participants agree to:
Maintain confidentiality of internal materials.
Not disclose private program information.
Confidentiality obligations continue even after program completion.
9. GOODIES, SWAG & DELIVERY
8.1 Swag eligibility depends on:
Completion criteria
Availability
Compliance with program rules
8.2 Delivery is handled by third-party courier services.
ShadowFox is not liable for:
Courier delays
Transit damage
Delivery mishaps beyond its control
8.3 For defective merchandise:
A full unboxing video is mandatory.
Without video proof, refund/replacement claims will be rejected.
8.4 Once a package is marked “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Packages delivered to universities become the intern’s responsibility upon confirmed delivery.
10. PAYMENTS
9.1 Payments must be completed before access to paid services is granted.
9.2 Accepted payment methods may include:

9.3 Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
9.4 Refunds are governed strictly by the published Refund Policy.
11. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME
ShadowFox programs:
Enhance skills and exposure.
Provide validation of knowledge (for certifications).
However:
No job guarantee is provided.
No internship placement guarantee is provided.
No income or salary promise is made.
Participation does not create employment or partnership.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ShadowFox shall not be liable for:
Technical failures due to user device or internet.
Missed deadlines caused by participant negligence.
Indirect or consequential damages.
Career outcomes.
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
13. TERMINATION
12.1 ShadowFox may terminate participation if:
Terms are violated.
Fraud is detected.
Misconduct occurs.
Payment disputes are initiated fraudulently.
12.2 Participants may voluntarily withdraw by written notice.
Refund eligibility will follow the Refund Policy.
14. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
13.1 ShadowFox maintains:
Transaction records
Access logs
Proctoring logs
System logs
13.2 Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
Permanent blacklisting
Cancellation of certification
Legal action under Indian law
Users must contact support before initiating any dispute with payment gateways.
15. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
ShadowFox reserves the right to:
Modify these Terms.
Update policies.
Revise pricing or program structures.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
